Villa Danica is an authentic Dalmatian stone house in a secluded hilly quiet place that has no city electricity and water.The charm of the house is self-sustainability andability to provide guests with complete comfort thanks to natural ecological sources of electricity (solar panels) and water (rainwater and drinking water).Complete comfort of hot and cold water and electricity is ensured.
The Villa consists of ground floor and first floor.
The ground floor has a kitchen, dining room, living room and bathroom. Charming wooden kitchen is equipped with stove (without oven), sink, refrigerator, utensils for all kinds of meals and drinks, fireplace for grilling and baking. The chimney is an isolator from the smoke in the house. In the winter, the fire from the fireplace warms water in the radiators in the house. The large dining table gives a touch of old days when family and friends used to eat together and created common memories. The bathroom is fully equipped with sink, toilet, boiler and shower.
The ground floor and first floor are connected by wooden stairs through out the house.
The first floor consists of bedrooms, toilet and hallway that connects them. The bedroom has a double bed that is equipped with wardrobe and hangers, bedside tables, bedside lamps and a beautiful window with a calming view on olive trees and nature in the area.The second bedroom consists of two single beds, wardrobe with hangers, bedside tables and lamps as well as a window.
The third room consists of a double bed and a bathroom.
The first floor consists of bedrooms, a toilet and a hallway that connects them. The bedroom with a double bed is equipped with a wardrobe with hangers, bedside tables, bedside lamps and a window with a view of the olive trees and green vegetation. The second bedroom consists of two single beds, wardrobes with hangers, bedside tables and bedside lamps and a window.
The third room contains a double bed and a bathroom.
The exterior of the Villa has a beautiful swimming pool with deck chairs, umbrellas and shower, big terrace with outdoor furniture, outdoor fireplace, outdoor sink, children’s playground, terrace with table football, darts, table tennis and parking.
The wrought iron fence provides guests with intimacy and gives a touch of luxury.

This place really had it all- pool, ping pong, foosball and volleyball – to keep everyone going for hours. The house is in the middle of the mountains and away from everything, which is exactly what we were looking for. Stunning view and absolutely wonderful hosts.

Villa Danica is ideal for resting as it is isolated in the countryside with a beautiful view. The facilities are excellent: perfect swimming pool, beautiful terrace areas, outdoor tables with barbecue, the interior of the house is well insulated from the heat as it is a base of an old house with thick walls.
